Train Timing PK — by Droid Clics
1. Introduction
Droid Clics ("we", "us", "our") built the Train Timing PK app
as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the
collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
By using Train Timing PK you agree to the collection and use of information
in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
a) Automatically collected data
- Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous
usage data such as screen views, search events, and feature interactions.
This data is not personally identifiable.
- Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects
crash logs and device diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and
improve stability.
- Device identifiers: A randomly generated UUID is stored on
your device to identify correction submissions. An FCM (Firebase Cloud
Messaging) token is generated for push notifications.
b) Data you provide voluntarily
- Feedback form: If you submit feedback through the app, you
may optionally provide your name and email address so we can respond to you.
- Schedule corrections: If you submit a correction, the
correction content and your device UUID are sent to our server.
c) Location data
- The app may request location permission to enable station proximity
alerts (geofencing). Location data is processed on your device and
is not sent to our servers or shared with third parties.
- Location permission is optional. The app works fully without it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app's core functionality (train schedules, fares, routes)
- To send push notifications (departure alerts, if enabled by you)
- To analyze app usage and improve the user experience
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To respond to feedback and correction submissions
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with
third parties. Data collected through Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics,
Cloud Messaging) is processed by Google as a service provider on our behalf,
subject to
Google's Firebase Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
- Analytics data: Retained by Firebase for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Crash logs: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.
- FCM tokens: Stored until the user deletes their data or uninstalls the app.
- Feedback and corrections: Retained until manually reviewed and processed by us.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time from within the app:
- Open the app → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Data
This will delete your FCM token, device identifier, cached data, preferences,
favorites, and journey history from both your device and our servers.

Train Timing PK is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child
has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at
droidclics@gmail.com and we will
promptly delete it.
9. Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using
HTTPS/TLS. We use Firebase's built-in security features to protect stored data.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and
we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on
this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page
periodically.
